We work with your choice of engineering and construction partners to construct, operate and maintain your energy project over the term of your financing. Your business will enter into a power purchase agreement under which we supply you with clean energy at a pre-determined rate that will provide savings on your utility bill. You pay only for the energy that our system delivers to your property. Our Six Step Formula
Project Evaluation
The sun never stops shining every day. However, the economics of electrons being generated from your Solar PV has many steps from how sunlight is converted to electrical energy. We will work with you and project installer to evaluate the project from every angle; viability, savings, and risk.
construction
After entering into a PPA with you, we will also contractually engage with your installer to engineer, procure and construct the energy system on your behalf. We manage the whole process on a turnkey basis and will keep you updated and notified of progress with permitting and construction.
preliminary indicative pricing
We require preliminary information from you and your installer. At a minimum, we need your solar/battery storage system size, recent utility bills, the annual energy production, the install cost of your system, and the term of the financing you are seeking. We will review and provide you with preliminary indicative pricing within 24 hours.
commercial operation
Once construction is complete, we will notify you that the system has commenced commercial operation and you will start to enjoy clean, green energy and savings on your utility bill.
Term sheet and ppa contract
If you like our preliminary indicative pricing, we will offer you a term sheet with all key financing terms for your review, approval, and signature. Once this is done, we begin preliminary underwriting and will ask for 3-years of audited, reviewed, or compiled financials prepared by your CPA. Based on this we will offer you a power purchase agreement (PPA).
maintenance and billing
We take full responsibility for the maintenance of the energy system and our operations team will be monitoring it in real-time. At the beginning of each month, you will receive a bill via e-mail showing your energy consumption in the prior month from the energy system and the monthly payment you have to pay us. We will be working with you over the term of our PPA contract so that you can enjoy the savings from clean, green energy.
